Beluga Software has a operated as a pre-approved vendor for the State of Washington since October 2001. Since that time we have been awarded over $8 million of work under the GA 32100 IT Primary Agreement Program. Out of approximately 400 vendors on this list, Beluga represented nearly 8% of the total dollar volume.
